Billy Heinzerling, Managing Director, is responsible for several key
businesses within the Global Fixed Income Division of Citigroup Global Markets
Inc., including Global Futures, Global Short Term Products, Retail
Trading/Marketing and Global Finance (Fixed Income & Equity/Prime Brokerage).
Billy began his career in the Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb Capital Markets
Training Program in 1982. He joined Smith Barney in 1984 as a Municipal
Trader. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of St. Joseph's College and attended
Xaverian High School in NY. He is an active Xaverian alumni, advocate and
former Trustee.
Billy became involved with the Esiason Foundation in through relationships
with Bobby DiFazio, Brent Ziegler and Bobby Moore, all who worked at
Citigroup. He has been a supporter since early years of the Foundation's
inception and has brought man new supporters to BEF on his own.
Billy is quick to sponsor events such as Booming Celebration and 3 on 3
Basketball Challenge. Billy is always soliciting others to support BEF's
events and to become committed to the fight against cystic fibrosis. He is
also involved in the Dudley foundation, which is dedicated to kids and
diabetes.
Billy currently lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife, Rosemary, and two
children, Kelly and Ryan.
