Post-Event Update:

In a thrilling contest that pitted the best high school football players from Long Island against their counterparts from New York City, the Long Islanders earned a 17-14 victory in the 16th Annual UnitedHealthcare Empire Challenge All-Star Game.  Read the full story here.

Pre-Event Information:

The annual UnitedHealthcare Empire Challenge highlights the brightest football talent from New York City and Long Island in support of the Boomer Esiason Foundation and youth football in the New York metro area.

This family-oriented event includes an expo and fun activities prior to the game, a tailgate party, a raffle and, of course, the football game. It’s held at James M. Shuart Stadium at Hofstra University.
