Family Gears Up For A Life-Saving Ride

The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is inviting people to dress up for an evening and raise money for a good cause. The trust is organising a Life-Saver Ball on board the newly -refurbished ss Great Britain on October 2.

Organisers of the black-tie ball are hoping the money raised on the night will go towards the trust's appeal to upgrade the Cystic Fibrosis adult unit at the Bristol Royal Infirmary.

Tickets cost £55 which include a celebrity- hosted champagne reception followed by a three-course dinner with wines and evening entertainment.

For reservations, telephone Audrey Williams, the regional fund-raising manager for the South West on 01566 777181.
