The Boomer Esiason Foundation has launched a new online shopping cart to make it easier for the cystic fibrosis community and others to purchase merchandise from the You Cannot Fail: You Are the Hero of Your Own Story campaign.

BEF launched You Cannot Fail in 2011 in support of the cystic fibrosis community, others coping with serious illness and anyone who could use support in dealing with a difficult situation.

The You Cannot Fail mantra has universal appeal. At some point in our lives, all of us face a life-changing decision or devastating situation … or, less dramatically, an unusually difficult day. You Cannot Fail empowers us to face those challenges with strength and grace, reminding us that no matter what the outcome, we are heroes. And we cannot fail.

Specifically, You Cannot Fail:

♦  Is a motivational and inspirational launchpad that helps individuals pursue, reach and even exceed their life goals.
♦  Is powered by personal intent to transform and transcend limitation and obstacles, and to create new possibilities.
♦  Is about the journey of life and about celebrating life stories, no matter how big or small.
♦  Is the encouragement many people need to live life creatively and passionately, so in return, they can bring inspiration and motivation to others who struggle with similar challenges, and to the world at large.

It’s an ambitious undertaking, but it’s an important one. We’re talking about widespread change, about a movement that starts with individuals at the grassroots level but quickly becomes something much bigger and much more powerful.

You Cannot Fail - hardcover bookYou Cannot Fail: You Are the Hero of Your Own Story is an inspirational book of personal reflections by BEF Volunteer Jerry Cahill. Fifty-five-year-old Cahill, who has cystic fibrosis, is a popular and recognizable figure in the CF community.

In addition to serving as the Foundation’s point person for programs providing direct support to people with CF and their families, Cahill has undertaken his own personal campaign to educate and inspire the community.

You Cannot Fail has become Cahill’s personal mantra, and the You Cannot Fail book includes 40 pages of quotations, photographs and essays that illustrate how he lives that mantra day in and day out.

BEF’s initial offering of 100 limited edition You Cannot Fail coffee table books sold out within days. Smaller hard cover books are now available for $29.95, and autographed copies are $50.
