Dare to Scare: Refi Rock Halloween 2010

More than 1,200 partygoers attended “Dare to Scare,” the 2010 Refi Rock Halloween event hosted by the BEF Young Professionals Committee.

This annual event was held October 28 at the Pacha nighclub in New York City.  The party featured DJ Pauly D and other awesome live music, great raffle prizes and lots of fun.
