Team Boomer’s inaugural year in the Bank of America Chicago Marathon proved to be a success as more than ten runners joined in the fight against cystic fibrosis.
Three members of Team Boomer – Stephen Bell, Brian Lockard, and Michael Cimino – plan to follow up their Chicago marathon experience by also participating in the ING NYC Marathon on November 4. Stephen Bell, who has cystic fibrosis, shared his story and reasons for running in the Team Boomer blog.
