The New York Yankees recently presented the Boomer Esiason Foundation and the Actor’s Fund with the proceeds raised at the Bombers-Boomer-Broadway Softball Classic in late June. The celebrity softball charity event raised more than $10,000 for BEF and the fight against cystic fibrosis. Foundation Board Member Bob DiFazio (far right) accepted the check from Yankees Manager Joe Girardi, while actress Bebe Neuwirth represented the Actor’s Fund.
