In the attack on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, the Boomer Esiason Foundation lost not only its offices, which had been graciously supplied by Cantor Fitzgerald, but also a dear friend and Board member, Timothy O'Brien.

As the tenth anniversary of 9/11 approaches, is remembering some of the Long Island victims of the terrorist attacks. Today, Newsday features a video on Timmy O'Brien, who is remembered by his father, Bernard, as a great athlete and the child all of his other children aspired to emulate.
